Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy:

At Transcent, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

Conditions for return within 30 days:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Procedure:

For all returns, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@transcent.shop to initiate the return process.
  2. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
  3. Await instructions on where to send the item.
  4. To expedite the process, please include a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return once we have received and confirmed it (typically within 72 hours of receipt). If a refund is required, it will be granted within 7 days. Please keep in mind that if you rely on your bank or credit card company, it will take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

Return Cases:

  • Customer Remorse:

If the return is due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original shipping fee.

  • Cancel Order After Placing:

You can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund if your order has not been shipped.

  • Faulty Product:

In the case of a faulty product, please provide clear images of the defect to support@transcent.shop. We will arrange a return label, and upon inspection, issue a full refund.

  • Package Damaged:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Wrong Size:

If you received the wrong size, please contact us at support@transcent.shop for further instructions. We will provide a return label, and upon receiving the item, we will send the correct size or issue a refund.

  • Package Torn:

In the event the package is torn upon arrival, please document the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Product Does Not Arrive:

If your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement product or refund.
